Orchard Project

The orchard comes into the hall: turf from end to end, wooden tables with round-backed chairs and lemon trees as centrepieces, among foliage, white flowers and lemons. At each place, woven chargers, napkins tied with twine and menus illustrated with oranges.

Across the space, a river of apples and citrus fruit pours from a barrel over a bed of leaves. Further on, a lounge area with armchairs and upholstered benches, wooden ladders with pots of ferns, fruit crates and foliage arches with a fountain beyond.

    The Setting
