The Brunch

On the lawn among palm trees, wooden frames dressed in white drapes shelter a long table, with woven straw lamps overhead, sprigs of fern and a fibre basket of flowers at each post. Wooden cross-back chairs with cane seats keep the day relaxed.

At the table, speckled turquoise ceramics stand out against the honey tone of the wood, among cut-glass goblets, clay jugs and arrangements of yellow and white orchids, lilac bougainvillea and ferns. Yellow, lilac and white petals also float in a stone fountain.
