80th birthday

Turquoise blue runs through the whole hall. On the round tables, pale cloths, white plates with blue napkins and pearls, gold cutlery and glass candle holders, all crowned by spheres of blue and white hydrangeas on tall stems. Cane-backed chairs echo the warm tone of the drapes, lit in orange.

On the stage, a white chaise longue sits between arches of silver and blue balloons covered in flowers, beside the illuminated 80, and on the floor a blue circle bears the number. Outside, white drapes and crystal chandeliers lead to a fountain ringed with hydrangeas, and a curved white sofa with blue cushions completes the picture.
