The civil ceremony takes place in a dark wooden pergola above the beach, dressed in white drapes. A cloud of white leaves hangs from the ceiling and, on the floor, a white aisle is lined with branches of flowers and plumes of pampas grass, leading to the far end, where a glass table serves the ceremony before a half-moon arch, half pampas, half white leaves.

The chairs are clear, to let in the light and the blue of the sea, and a few plumes are tied to their backs. Tall pampas stems in glass vases guard the entrance, and the cake, two white tiers with silvery details, white roses and the drawing of a couple, completes the setting.
