TV Zimbo

15th anniversary

Beneath the high ceiling of the hall, great chandeliers of foliage and yellow orchids hang from white columns, in dialogue with the glass wall. At the far end, a dusty-pink draped panel bearing the TV Zimbo logo and the number 15, ringed with dried palm leaves, pampas grass and yellow flowers, stands on a red carpet.

The mirror-topped tables were laid with white plates on gold chargers, pale yellow napkins with a brooch and candles, among round-backed chairs. On the terrace, yellow sofas and armchairs, gold pyramid tables and tall orchid arrangements set the scene for the evening, which the stage lighting turned orange and red.
