Civil ceremony and reception

The ceremony takes place in the open air, on a terrace. A white aisle runs between beds of ferns and white hydrangeas, lined with gold chairs, up to a pergola clad in foliage and tiny flowers, with a white drape, a crystal chandelier and two oval-backed armchairs.

In the reception hall, white and cream take over: blossoms hanging from the ceiling, drapes, walls of flowers behind a flowered arch over a mirrored cube, and glass tables with tall candelabra, generous arrangements and gold chairs. The cake, with pink sugar flowers cascading down its tiers, brings a touch of colour.
