The couple’s stage rises in tiers lit with LEDs: two tall white tufted chairs before a wall of greenery beneath arches of pink flowers, with the couple’s monogram at the centre and a cloud of pink and white sprays on the table, among candles in glass cylinders. At the entrance, a white arch with a crystal chandelier and sprays of flowers marks the way across the lawn.

In the hall, among trees and circles of green light on the ceiling, the round and long tables carry tall centrepieces of pink, white and red roses, red ribbon bows on the plates, candles and clear chairs. In one corner, ivory sofas, a straw rug and palms beneath lilac drapes invite a pause.
